Originally from North Carolina, Brendan studied at New York University's Tisch School and The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and quickly became a fixture in New York's independent theater world. Much of his work these days has been in film including The Last Harbor, Redwoods, the award-winning Love Conquers Paul, Friends With Benefits, Weak Species, and September 12th, which garnered him the Methodfest 2009 Best Actor Award. His first play, Jettison, was recently published and will be staged at Miami's City Theater this summer. Currently Brendan shares his time between New York and Los Angeles acting full time in independent films, television, and national commercials and he continues to "dabble" as a writer, director and producer for online advertising and spec pilots.
